Brickwise 2.0

Ich habe euch bereits ein bisschen von meiner persönlichen Brickwise Reise berichtet und wie ich vor einigen Wochen in diese Materie eintauchen durfte. Für mich persönlich ist dies die Zukunft! Warum?

Anteilig Immobilienanteile zu kaufen erschließt sich für mich als logischer, als sich einen Kredit aufzunehmen und eine gesamte Immobilie zu besitzen und den Kredit über Jahrzehnte abzubezahlen. Natürlich ist alles mit einem Risiko verbunden, aber ich gehe lieber das kleinere ein.

Denn gerade bei Brickwise ist das Investment auf keine Mindestzeit gebunden, man kann jederzeit aussteigen, die Anteile verkaufen und dabei an der steigenden Wertentwicklung teilhaben, was mir persönlich vor dem Investment ganz wichtig war.

Ich sehe es als meine persönliche Investition in meine Zukunft und profitiere aber schon jetzt monatlich an meinen Anteilen. Fakt: ich habe derzeit digitale Immobilienateile von 2 Immobilien in Wien und habe dabei je 200€ investiert und darf mich schon jetzt an der monatlichen Ausschüttung erfreuen.
